Kentucky flags at half staff June 3 2009
Gov. Steve Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 in honor of the passing of Retired Maj. Gen. Robert L. DeZarn who passed away Thursday, May 28, 2009.
