Southern Indiana Home Sales Increase, Home Prices Higher

"Members of the Southern Indiana Realtors Association sold 285 homes in June, up 13 percent from a year earlier.

The median sales price rose nearly 3 percent to $120,000. For the full year, the median price in Southern Indiana is $114,550, down 3.7 percent from a year earlier.
